What should I do if my shipment is missing an item(s)?

It is most unlikely that any item is missing as during shipping a three stage check is carried out as per the packing list. However it could be possible your shipment was split based on the equipment availability and that the missing sub-items will be shipped when they become available. In most cases this is informed well in advance. Your shipment confirmation will include a list of all items included in your shipment. To track your order, please check your Order History along with the tracking number provided to you.

Please open a support ticket to report an incomplete shipment, and we will check the status of your missing items.
