Who pays the freight? Does it depend on quantity? Do you pay extra for Packaging , Labelling and handling ?

Prices quoted are FOB any Indian or Ukrainian Port ( where ever the equipment is available at the earliest) . Freight from any of our port to the destination has to be paid by the purchaser. Packing , labelling and handling is extra at Actuals but in large quantities this could differ as the nature of packing labelling and shipping/cargo is different.
